Corn that emerged prior to May 5th used an average of .20 hundredths of an inch per day during the last three days.

Class C Sr. American Legion Baseball Tournament Coming To An End

BATTLE CREEK –The Pender Sr. American Legion baseball team competed in the Class C Sr. State baseball tournament over the weekend going 0-2 to end their season. On Saturday Pender fell to Shelton-Gibbon 6-3. And on Sunday Pender then fell to BDS 5-4.
