WAYNE (KTCH/KCTY) - The Wayne High boys basketball team played host to long time rival Norfolk Catholic last night. The game was controlled almost exclusively by the Blue Devils, who would lead by as many as 30 points on their way to a 57-39 win over the Knights. Leading the way for Wayne offensively was Jalen Barry with 17 points, while Grant Anderson had nine. Danny Melena and Jared Anderson each had eight points for the Blue Devils. With the win, the Wayne boys are now 11-1 on the year and will host Boone Central/Newman Grove tomorrow night.
