Wayne Woman Arrested For Theft At Norfolk Herberger's

NORFOLK - According to Norfolk Police Chief Michael Bauer, officers were dispatched to Herberger's Department store on February 6 pertaining to a theft report. Regional Loss Prevention staff reported that an employee was caught on camera making fraudulent Herberger's credit card payment transactions at the cash registers, resulting in a loss of about $1200. The employee was identified as 21-year-old Jesse L. Hinkel of Wayne. Hinkel was arrested for theft and transported to the Norfolk City Jail. She was later transferred to the Madison County Jail.
