Norfolk Man Arrested In Connection With NE Nebraska Burglaries

MADISON - A 43-year-old Norfolk man was arrested last week in connection with multiple burglaries in Northeast Nebraska.
Officials with the Madison County Sheriff's Office say Richard Scrivner Junior was arrested Wednesday on charges for driving under suspension and possession of methamphetamines. He was later charged with multiple counts of burglary for break-ins in Norfolk, Battle Creek, Wayne, Winside and Waterbury. He was also charged with one count of motor vehicle theft. Scrivner is currently being held in the Madison County Jail on $250,000 bail.
