Fortenberry Supports District Director Arrested For DUI

UNDATED - First District Congressman Jeff Fortenberry released a statement supporting his district director, who was arrested early Wednesday morning in Norfolk for DUI and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
In the release, Fortenberry calls Josh Moenning “a good man,” and says Moenning has his full support. Norfolk Police Captain Mike Bauer says officers were called to the 200 block of South 10th Street at 1:15 Wednesday morning for a report of a car parking in the middle of a street. When they arrived, the car, driven by Moenning, pulled over and parked illegally. Police say Moenning failed a field sobriety test and refused to submit to blood alcohol testing after being taken to jail. Moenning is a Norfolk city councilman who represents the Third Ward.
